Terms and Conditions of Sale:
Quotations are valid for 30 days. All items quoted as stock are subject to prior sale. First orders are C.O.D. Net 30 terms upon approved credit, based on purchasing history. A shipping hold will be placed on any account not paid within terms. All C.O.D. shipments will include freight charges. Freight collect is not allowed on C.O.D. shipments. All requirements must be stated and verified at time of quotation, or the quotation will be invalid. All quotes are F.O.B. origin. Minimum purchase order is $50.00 All orders must be submitted in writing via email, fax or mail and will be confirmed after contract review. Verbal orders are not accepted. All purchase order requirements and conditions must be stated on the purchase order, and must have been stated on the quotation. Drop shipments are not permitted. Acceptance of an order does not constitute a contract in regards to delivery dates. All efforts are made to provide prompt and timely delivery. However Mil Tech, Inc. will not assume additional charges as a result of actions beyond its control. The customer receiving the product at the specified shipping address is responsible for receiving inspection/verification of the quality and quantity of parts received. All claims including, but not limited to issues pertaining to quality, certifications, damage, or quantity received must be made in writing via email or fax within 10 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted unless approved and accompanied by a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. All returns and or cancellations due to customer error are subject to re-stocking fees. Customer caused damage or mixed lots will not be accepted for return. |
Terms and Conditions of Purchase:
Parts supplied shall be new, unused and in accordance with the latest revision of the applicable specifications/drawings, unless otherwise specified. Supplier shall provide a signed Certificate of Conformance with each shipment. Manufacturer’s lot number and revision level (as applicable) must be on the certificate of conformance. Supplier shall adhere to an industry recognized quality management system, i.e. AS9100, ISO9001. Supplier shall maintain a counterfeit material/parts prevention and control program in accordance with AS6174 and/or AS5553 as applicable, to supply only authentic and conforming material acquired from legally authorized sources with plans to mitigate risk, control, disposition and reporting of counterfeit material. The supplier shall flow down this requirement to their supply chain. Supplier shall establish and maintain a system to provide for handling and storage of products to protect and prevent loss, substitution or damage, and provide for the prevention, detection and removal of foreign object debris (FOD). All applicable purchase order requirements shall be flowed down to all suppliers. Supplier shall promptly notify Mil Tech, Inc. in writing if any non-conforming product was supplied or may have been supplied at any time. Supplier shall retain any and all applicable quality documentation, certification, test reports, inspection data, etc. for a minimum of ten years. Mil Tech personnel, customer representatives, and/or regulatory authorities retain the right of entry to supplier facilities and access to any applicable records. |
